The Initiative
Eat Well, Be Well
Eat Well, Be Well is an educational approach that uses food literacy, culinary education, and nutrient-dense cooking to help individuals and families better understand the connection between nutrition, wellness, and long-term health.
The initiative is a partnership between Chef Traci Vincent, culinary educator and wellness chef, and Tyaisha Blount-Dillon, Founder of Thriving Brain & Development Project, Inc.

Current Focus
“Supporting Brain Health Through Food as Medicine: The Role of an Anti-Inflammatory, Nutrient-Dense Diet as Complementary Support for Individuals with Brain Health Challenges, Including Parkinson’s, ADHD, and Autism.”
How It Works
A shared kitchen, wherever your people are
Families move beyond simply learning which foods may support health — they learn how to shop for, prepare, and incorporate nutritious foods into their everyday lives.
Virtual Cooking Experiences
Participants learn together from their own homes, preparing the same nutrient-dense meals step by step with guidance from a culinary educator.
Home-Delivered Ingredient Kits
A delivery service brings the ingredients to each participant's door, so every household cooks the same meal alongside Chef Traci — no shopping, sourcing, or guesswork required.
Practical, Family-Ready Meals
Every session centers on anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense meals that families can realistically prepare again on their own.
